Improving Blood Circulation

The liquid component of blood is called Plasma, which's formed by 90% water and carry sugar, protein, fat, and salt. The concentration of these nutrients and the ions in the plasma can be controlled by maintaining the water level. proper intake of water can improve blood circulation and the concentration of ions in the blood.

Weight Loss

Lukewarm water breaks extra carbs and the fats stored in the body. Taking 1-2 cups of lukewarm water after every meal will be beneficial, it prevets to freeze the oil into fat which is the main reason for weight gain.

Glowing Skin

Proper intake of lukewarm water also helps in removing toxic substance from the blood and improves its circulation, that reflects on your face as glow. Drinking warm water in the morning prevents dehydration and moisturizes your body's skin.

In Thermoregulation

The internal body requires constant temperature (nearly 98.6°F or 37°C ) for functioning properly and the process of maintaining temperature constant is called Thermoregulation or Homeostasis. Water has the highest specific heat capacity hence taking a little bit of warm water can be used in thermoregulation and reduce shivering in the cold.

Dental Care

The mouth is an abode of millions of bacterias that reduce the pH value of the mouth over less than 5 and became acidic. Our teeth are a product of Calcium and Phosphorus which decomposed by acid formed by mouth bacterias. What is Holography | Basic Principle of Holography | Sci-Talks | Shivam Dhyani

What is Holography Holography is a technique that enables a wavefront to be recorded and later reconstructed. Holography is best known as a method of generating three-dimensional images, but it also has a wide range of other applications. In principle, it is possible to make a hologram for any type of wave. Gabor, who invented holography in 1947, introduced the term using two Greek words: “Holos” - whole and “Graphe” - writing. It simply means that the recorded holographic image of the object contains whole optical information about the object – Amplitude and Phase information of the light scattered from the object. Ideally, the hologram is a three-dimensional image reproduced from an interference pattern recorded by coherent light beans and holography is a process of reconstructing and writing a hologram.      White light from the sun or a light bulb is a combination of every color of light in the spectrum, which is not useful for a hologram. However, a laser shine...

How AC (Air Conditioners) Work | Air Conditioning | Refrigeration technology |

Imagine a day of sunny summer and you are walking on the road then you are realize the importance of your AC and say thanks to your AC. Air  conditioner work on interesting technology to keep our room chilled. it use some physical laws of thermodynamics to removing heat from the air inside the room. Air conditioner Photo Credit : coolingcitycenter.in Air Conditioner work efficiently to cool the indoor air quickly, but it consume more electric power to do their job. its work under the basic physical laws which says 'the heat is absorbed during the phase transfer of the refrigerant material. Phase Conversion   : the physical state of the material is changes by absorbing the heat from outside atmosphere by virtue of temperature difference between them. this change in physical state by absorbing heat is called the phase conversation or phase transformation.   Example  :  the piece of ice melt on your palm by absorbing heat from you body, absorbed heat...

Why the Earth revolving around the Sun? And Why the earth also spinning around it's own axis?

Hey friends, Today we learn about another interesting topic about revolving of the earth around sun and spinning around it's own axis. From primary class to higher class we learn that earth revolving around the sun. And spinning around own axis which cause to happening day and night. But you ever thinking why its happen?    In this article we trying to find out the answer of following questions. Why the Earth (or planets) moves around the sun? Is the sun really positioned in the center of solar system? Why the Earth spinning around own axis? When till the Earth spinning? W hy the Earth (or planets) moves around the sun?    Every object in the space is moving continuously with relative to its nearest heavier mass object. Earth is also moves around the sun. There are two famous theories behind this. rotation of earth around the sun *  First according to Isaac Newton the Earth moves around the sun because the higher gravitational force act on ...
